What is PaySec account?

PaySec account is the newest way for comfortable, prompt and safe Internet shopping. With your pre-charged account ("electronic purse&q uot;) you may shop in real time for goods, content and services by those merchants that enable PaySec payments. You do not need to disclose your personal data to the merchant and all the transactions are processed within seconds.

What are the benefits?

PaySec account offers intuitive, quick and secure Internet shopping. With PaySec account you don’t need an internet payment card, you don’t have to wait several days till your transfer is processed – all the payments in PaySec are real-time, and all your personal data are safe.

Who can own PaySec account?

Anyone can use PaySec! Open your PaySec account immediately by filling in the registration form.

How can I open PaySec account?

You can acquire your PaySec account easily. Go to the website www.paysec.cz. You will see PaySec homepage. There you will find information where you can pay by PaySec, open your PaySec account and after registration also log in.


If you want to open PaySec account:

  1. Read the PaySec Terms and Conditions.
  2. Click on the Sign up for PaySec button.
  3. Fill in all the required date in the registration form.
  4. Copy the signs from the picture in section Verification
  5. Click on the button Continue.

You will see an overview of all info you filled in so you can control it once again. Go over all the information carefully. If you see any mistake, click on the button Back. If everything is correct, click on the button Continue.

In the next step, the system will ask you to fill in your contact information – e-mail and mobile phone number. These will be used to verify the owner of the account, authorization of all transactions and resetting the forgotten password.

Now you only need to charge your PaySec account by a payment card or current account, and you PaySec account is activated. In case you choose the payment card, it only takes a few minutes! After activation, you can start using your PaySec account.

Possibilities of payment via PaySec?

Paying with PaySec takes only a few clicks.

  1. In an eShop

    Choose PaySec as a method of payment on the merchant’s websites. You are immediately redirected to PaySec payment gate where you fill in your registration data and verify the payment. The merchant directly receives your payment information and is ready to deliver your goods or services.

  2. Payment button

    You can find Payment button on any website (personal sites, blogs, charitable trusts sites and so on). While your click on the Payment button you are redirected to PaySec payment gate where you fill in your registration data and verify the payment. When paying via payment button with optional value, you must also fill in the transaction amount.

  3. Peer-to-peer transactions

    Sending money to another PaySec account is also very simple. Target account has to be in active mode and you must know the account number or login. Just login into your PaySec account and choose Payments > Making payment. Then fill in Account number or login of your friend and transaction amount.

Receiving money via PaySec

  1. Request for payment

    You can ask anyone who has active PaySec account for money. You can make the requirement in section Platby > Payments > Request for Payment.

  2. Payment button

    Payment button can be used by PaySec Account owner or by Business Account owner. You can create your Payment button with specific attributes in section Account options > Payment button. To finish the payment button implementation simply copy the Source code of Payment button and paste into your web pages.

Is PaySec account secure?

Yes, PaySec account is secure. Entire communication between you and the system is encrypted.

You can control your payments also by using Authorization SMS. When charging your account by card, all your data are viewed only by card verification authority PayMuzo that passes on only payment information. Neither the merchant, nor the operator finds out your payment card number.

How do I charge my PaySec account?

You can choose between a payment card and transfer of your money from a current account.

Where can I pay with PaySec?

PaySec is today already accepted by many Czech eShops. You can see the list of all merchants on the site PaySec.cz under Shop with PaySec.

And what about the fees?

Management of your PaySec account is free. Some payments or transfers may be charged by a small fee. You will find all the current fees here.
