PaySec - Levels of Verification

You don’t need to sign any contract to sign – up for Paysec and use your PaySec account. Only limitation may be legally set limits for charging your PaySec account and transferring money from the system. If you want to have higher limits than those legally set, you will have to go through Identification process.

PaySec account owner is on one of following levels:

  1. Without verification: owner signed – up for PaySec and charged his/her PaySec account. Maximum balance in this case is 60 000 CZK. Such a PaySec account may be charged 58 000CZK / year and transfer 23 000 CZK / year from it.


  2. Trustworthy: owner charges his / her money to PaySec system only from one current account in ČSOB or Poštovní spořitelna. He / she also transfers money from PaySec system only to the same account. Maximum balance in this case is 100 000 CZK.


  3. Verified: owner filled in and sent PaySec Identification form (see Personal settings>Verification), printed out one copy of this form and brought it to a sales point of Poštovní spořitelna. After you get on verified level, you may change your current accounts anyhow you want. There are no year limits applied to such an account. Maximum balance is 100 000 CZK.
You have to go through Identification process if you have exceeded your year limits for charging and transferring money (see Terms and Conditions  and Fees), or if the system operator asks you to do so.
